Seller and product

Operator Grid is operated by Jonathan Florence. These terms apply to the Cleaning Business AI Growth OS v1.0.3 digital download: CLEAN and DEMO workbooks, guides, 18 AI workflows, client forms and marketing templates.

Price and payment

The price is $149 USD, one-time. There is no product subscription or recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe. The advertised price is fixed; applicable taxes, where collected, are included in that price.

Delivery and access

After successful payment, your confirmation page verifies the purchase and provides access to download the ZIP. Download links expire for security; reopen your confirmation page to obtain a new link. Contact support with your order email if you need help recovering access.

License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use the files in one business you own or operate, including use by staff and contractors working for that business. You may share finished client-facing documents and marketing materials made with the templates. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the product files for others to download.

Requirements

The workbooks require Microsoft Excel 2019 or newer / Microsoft 365 or Google Sheets. Apple Numbers is not supported. The AI library contains written prompts, not an AI service. Third-party software and services are governed by their own terms and may have their own costs.

Business decisions and limitations

Demo data is fictional. Calculated prices and profit estimates depend on your inputs and assumptions. No revenue, growth, profit or other business outcome is guaranteed. Templates and AI prompts are starting points; check and customize their output. The product is not professional legal, tax, accounting, payroll, insurance or safety advice. You are responsible for your decisions and backups.

Refunds and corrections

Our Digital-Product & Refund Policy applies to purchases. We may correct files but do not promise future features or an ongoing update subscription. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
