When you purchase, Stripe processes your payment and contact information. Operator Grid can access order information such as your email, purchase amount and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not collected by this website.

Website and download services

Netlify hosts this website and its payment-verification and download services. Those services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to operate the site. This page does not use advertising pixels or a mailing-list signup.

How we use information

We use order information to verify purchases, provide downloads, respond to support requests and handle refunds. If you email support, we use the information in your message to respond. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive business records.

Your workbook data

The information you enter in your own workbook stays in the files and services you choose. This website does not upload or read your workbook. Microsoft, Google and any AI provider you choose have their own privacy terms.
